






I’ve finished building up this ‘86 Stumpjumper. Took it on a shakedown ride to day to start off the new year.
I found it on marketplace this summer. Seat post was fully stuck and needed to be dissolved.
Rear hub was cracked in half and the rear derailleur was broken.
It was probably not a smart purchase but IT WAS MY SIZE.

Powder coat: Prismatic Powders Candle Orange with glitter top coat.

Pretty happy with how it’s turned out so far. Def spent too much on this but it will outlast me.

that’s a nice setup, I have a large Nalgene and was considering getting a larger bottle cage. Looks great on your bike.
Did you have a shop do the powder coat? How much was it? I have a Surly Pacer I got recently that I want to powder coat.
