    I don’t know where you’re located but the guys at Time are quite helpful for such cases.

  2. Very likely to be fixable.

    Rule of thumb relates to what proportion of tubes in a structure are damaged. Headtube broken, that’s 1/1 so not good to fix. Seat stay is 1/4 so should be fine.

  3. It can likely be repaired, but it will not be the same. Time braids their carbon so that seat stay was made of continuous fibers. Obviously they are not and will not be continuous again.
