Is this little bit of crinkling of the factory installed tubeless tape OK? From what I can tell it’s on the second layer as it overlaps near the valve. The rest of it is smooth.
First picture is the crinkled bit, second is the smooth bit. Hopefully the quality is good enough.

Reserve tape is good stuff. If you mount a tire with a tube and leave it overnight the crinkling will go away.
