  1. The two bolts that hold the caliper to the bracket . They are lined up so they point to the fork stanchion.

    Loosen them, squeeze the brake lever, tighten bolts.

    Should get you there.

  2. The caliper may not be properly aligned with the rotor. Loosen the bolts on the caliper, such that the caliper can move freely. Squeeze the brake lever, and then tighten the caliper bolts while still squeezing the brake lever. Spin the wheel to see if the rubbing is gone.
