I would get a new one.
Tread is separating from the carcass. If you pop it, it will leak air. Also most likely it will keep growing and eventually pop. Get a new one, this will only get worse.

Tire does not still look pretty fresh to me, lots of undercutting on those knobs. Anyways it’s done.
I had this happen to one on my DH bike ride atleast 200 more miles on it before I retired it before a trip never popped on me

The tread pattern on this tire is very open. Unless you ride in a lot of mud, you might try a denser pattern. A denser pattern will roll faster and wear slower.
