SOS. Thread completely stripped inside mudguard mount on inner front fork (carbon fork with alu plug, I think). Any idea that can save me from having to buy a new fork?
Swapping to a high quality strap mount fender or using p-clamps with your current ones will be significantly cheaper than a new fork.

If you want a terminal solution you could technically use a rivet but I think the most sensible thing is to buy a strap-mounted mudguard

What does the other side look like? Because if it’s just a rivnut you could remove it and put in a new one. If it’s an aluminium insert epoxied into the fork I don’t know what your options realistically are.

Helicoils…
Should add that I’ve attempted to clear out/re-tap the internal thread but there’s not enough meat left to do it.
This would be my choice: [Fender Clamps at Velo Orange](https://velo-orange.com/products/p-clamps-for-fender-attachment) or other options [here](https://ridepdw.com/collections/fender-hardware-1)
