Are these cooked? They only have 3000km on them, and thread pattern looks ok. It's only the rear tyre, the front doesn't have these "marks"? It looks like the rubber has worn..

If it were my bike (with my crappy rims) I’d probably keep riding a little longer

There getting there for sure and you’ll want to replace them sooner rather than later. If you’re riding Zips (I’m assuming Carbon Fiber) the last thing you want is a blow out and to wreck one of those rims.
A new tire is a lot cheaper than a new wheel.

Since that’s on the sidewall where the threads are, if the threads still seem intact, I’d keep riding them. This looks like the nromal rash one gets from hitting a curb. But at 3000km I’d also look closely at the tread itself. That’s about the life of a tire.

I just wanted to add to the other commenters that the front tire usually wears slower than the rear. So with normal wear the rear should be showing more signs of wear than the front.
You could often wear 2 rear tires in the lifespan of 1 front tire IMO.

My power roads did the same thing. I replaced them with GP5K that puncture significantly more but haven’t rotted away.

Any chance something was rubbing the sidewall? The cords look undamaged.

This happens to basically every Power Cup because the tread cap is so narrow. If you underinflate your tires or corner hard (>30° lean,) the thin layer of rubber over the sidewalls gets worn down eventually. Just buy P Zero Race RS TLR or Grand Prix 5000 S TR or TT TRs IMO.
Here’s a photo of mine after just a couple of races.
