i dont know how this is happening.
when shifting, the cable housing moves along with the cable tension
anything i could purchase or do to stop this from happening.
it is fully internal routing
turning handlebar causes front derailleur to shift

needs longer housing and cable
Seems like it has to be pinched somewhere.
Not enough slack in the cable housing from handlebars to frame
Cables (or at least one – which going to front derailler) on the handlebar is too short – when you rotate it cause cable pull.
Edit: most probably reason of it – cables “become” too short because of your turn handlebars over for one or two turn – and cables bending over the steam and frame.
Fully internal routing + mechanical group = A world of pain and misery for three generations.
Redo the front derailleur cable and housing, it’ll be too short and causing the derailleur to shift.
Oooopsie, someone cut the housing too short
