Looks like a clunky, hi-ten, single speed, Dutch bike. But clearly it has been modified for speed by removing the chainguard.

Drafting means a wee lassie on a unicorn trike could keep up.
It’s not sustainable…. Just look at how hard he’s pedaling in comparison to the bikers in front of him? No one will last very long at that pace…..
