Listed for $3k, wondering if that is close to reasonable. Unsure of year. Here’s the listing content: “Like new Trek Concept 7.5 Carbon frame, size large, Reynolds R six carbon road wheel set, Michelin pro4 tires, plus original rim and tire set. (Pedals not included)”

[2015](https://www.trekbikes.com/us/en_US/bikes/road-bikes/triathlon-bikes/speed-concept/speed-concept-7-5/p/15550/) 3k is nuts even with a second set of wheels. In 2015 the MSRP was 4100 USD. A realistic price for the original bike is around 750 and add another 500-750 for the carbon wheels. 1200-1500.
I don’t think the age makes much difference; carbon fares just fine with time. And I’m not sure disc brakes offer much in a triathlon for most courses. But for $3k, you probably can find one with electronic shifting, which gives you the ability to change gears no matter your position, or a hydration system, a power meter, a top of the line groupset, a ceramicspeed pulley, or any number of fancy things that may help your race and make the most of your money. But if you want to buy local and this is the one option, I’d aim more for $2k
$3,000? OP ask him a question for me:
Who’s his dealer? I wanna know what crack he’s smoking
The second hand pee adds value , duh guys !
