This was my first time using TPU tubes, I've used this tube for maybe 2 months now. Today I woke up with a flat tire, took the tube off and there is nothing leaking, but there is this weird deformity on some sort of brace on the tube. I filled it up a little and put it inside a water bucket and I can see no leaks, but again, the tube was completely flat this morning. Has anyone seen anything like this?

You inflated it outside of the tire? You’re not supposed to do that with TPU tubes, I wouldn’t trust this one anymore. There’s probably an issue with the valve stem if you can’t find a leak.
I had a similar issue with a TPU, valve core was tight and I had even replaced it – no visible holes but was still loosing air. Looks like you have inflated the tube too much without being fitted and the seam has not expanded with the rest of the inner tube – bin it and try again
Happens to some cheap tpu. I had the same issue few times. I think it’s because that joint not elastic enough. Maybe it worth getting slightly wider tubes, i don’t know.
Replace it. Not worth risking getting tube to blow up in the midle of the ride
not really. i guess you installed a tube intended for a narrower tire
