Hello! Just got my old GT Racing bike back after 20 years

Hello! I iust got my old GT Racing bike back from a friend from over 20 years ago. I was curious if anyone could tell me a little about it? I think it's a 1994 Interceptor. I had it when I was like 12-14 years old in the early 2000s, I bought used from someone else so I don't know much about it.
I know that the: frame, pedals, seat, seat clamp and crank are original. But I think that's it.

I'm trying to do a full restoration. I know have a long ways to go but any help on where to buy original parts from would be amazing (i just got it back today and I've been scouting Ebay but it's hard to know what's origin to my bike). Thank you.
