Depends on your budget, but drivetrain is easy, whatever you want. Personally I like 1×9 10-42 from ali or microshift paired w/ 2010-2015ish mtb clickers like sram x9 which will work with their modern gravel derailleurs i.e. apex, or shimano “10 speed” dynasys which also works, for a very cheap setup w/ a narrow wide on any old crankset. As for everything else, wheels, small parts, tires, etc you are going to break the bank unless you wrench smart
