  1. I hope you don't put too much pressure on you with the big 2026 project and you're still going to be able to enjoy the rides. But I think you're well centered as you notice pretty quickly when something is off with your thinking. That's a great achievement imo. Took some work to get there I guess. I like that you don't cut out the non-instagram parts and use it to talk about mental health stuff. I bet it helps a lot of people.

  2. After Christmas I feel like I’m in a Time Machine. I seem to go backwards faster than forwards! Just chill and roll with it. Remember it’s not a race- just yet…….

  3. Sometimes we don't have the energy we think we have; just because it was one of those days doesn't make it the worst in the world. And on your tour de monde (world), Amy and Kyle will be carrying each other the whole way. And I'm sure you two are gonna love it, because we're all gonna love hearing about it and watching the mayhem when you return. And to all the others who struggle some days, just remember, there are no rules in life, so just make your own way, because there are always people who love you for it.

  4. Amy, you ride hundreds of miles a week, the odd extra piece of cake or mince pie isn't going to make a difference. Stop beating yourself up – your fitness and attitude are absolutely top notch!

  5. I love Amy’s enthusiasm and positivity but Kyle makes me laugh so much.

He’s a grumpy sod just like me and I love it that he doesn’t hide it from the camera.

You know these two are just the same off camera and on it.

  6. Amy, you’re far too hard on yourself. You got yourself out there, you’re doing an incredible ride in the sunshine, but it is perfectly okay to cry. I made it up 20 mins of Alpe du Zwift this morning after doing a PR last week before giving up, I felt so disappointed in myself but does it matter? Not really, I can try again and I still did a ride even if not the full distance.

    Keep pedalling, you got this!

  7. Training to go around the world. I’d say the plan is to use the less energy as possible each day . ( on the actual event) . If I’m riding a 600 k and I come to a hill that that I can’t pedal up any faster than walking. I walk it using much less energy.
Also I see you are still carry very little on your bikes .
Hope you have a great new year

  8. You guys are awesome! Really enjoy the videos from you both! Amy sometimes you are too hard on yourself! We all have ups and downs and it’s OK. We are all looking forward to your 2026 adventures!❤
