Looks like a small tack, not a stone. No pressure lost, running tubeless. Little cut in the tire, assume the general consensus here would be take it out?

I would take it out and plug it if the sealant can’t deal with it. You really don’t want riding to drive it deeper and maybe leave you fixing a flat on the roadside. It is best to solve the problem in a warm dry workspace with all the tools you need nearby.
