Im planning to change my fork and haven't tried disassembling yet since my stem is stuck and just ordered replacement so i can start destroying the stem(sad but tried everything).
Please dont ask why im planning to change fork,but i will ofcourse keep it
My steerer tube length is about 9.8cm. TYIA!

You can get the fork cut and threaded to fit
This should work without issue. Your current fork seems to be 110mm from crown to top cup (where the threads need to start) and your new fork is 100mm-ish in that regard 👍
About your stem: you know about how they are attached (with a long bolt and a wedge)?
Looks like it will work. You’ll need to cut a significant amount off.
It’s obvious why you’re changing from the current fork.
