What’s the punishment for not having a brake in Korea? camps or death? because I’ve been riding without one for a decade and been caught once or twice and not because I did not have one on my bicycle but it was related to completly different situation and only then they figured out that I did not have brakes. I’ve seen many instances were people with brakes on and helmets were causing more harm than people without them, it all comes down to an individual and not some made up law that in theory should make sense but in reality it does not. Use your common sense, people.
