Looking to brainstorm ideas for a conversion towards a street/commute friendlier bike – I dont know sht so and ideas and thoughts welcome even it means telling me it’s a dumb idea.
Put some big comfy bars on there and some street tires.

For City? Rigid Alloy / Carbon Fork (steel is to petite), maybe 1x conversion front the rest of the drivetrain should be good enough, shorter stem with -17° and wider flat bars, new grips, new slicks

Yes probably 90% city – definitely want to ditch the suspension. Thanks for the hint towards the material will definitely keep in mind!
