So that is a time trial frameset that someone converted to a track bike. Will it ride great yes but it’s not structurally ment to be ridden in harsh ways fixie/track bikes are ment so. If you want to use it. By all means but don’t be surprised if one day it gives up when you whip skid.
I seen many ppl do that and still ride it but non have kept it for more than 2yrs so idk longterm.

Real? Looks likely to me. Paint says 2010 if I remember right. Not something that would be replicated in almost a decade. Frame did have horizontal rear drops (with a derailleur hanger) but spaced at 130mm. Hard to tell if it’s still there via the photo. If it’s not spaced as is/if you care to have a decent chainline that will be a massive pain in the ass.
