My local facebook market place has this for 650. I’m looking for an entry bike for road and gravel. I know nothing of bikes but looking to get into biking. My budget is under 800 if possible. But will consider more if need to.

$650 is way too much, and you need a bike with disk brakes and more frame clearance to fit gravel tires.
The Allez E5 Smartweld (that orange color seems to be from the 2016 collection) was USD 1k – 1.2k when it was new. Price is too high, and especially without any information about current state of the components (a new bike wouldn’t have any issues..).
If you could get it for $300 (and if it is the right size), sure – but it won’t be very suitable for gravel.
