Based on my measurements I'm right on the line between the 2, does anyone have any experience or recommendations on which way I should go? I'm looking at getting a gravel bike, probably a Grizl of stone description

I suggest chatting with Canyon. For my road bike I was in a similar situation and they suggested S for comfort and M for a more sporty stance. Too the am and don’t regret it.

Personally I would always size down in these situations (go with M). It’s easier to fit a smaller bike (change reach, stack, saddle height etc.) than to fit one that’s too large.

How long are your arms? I’m similar dimensions relative to the Aeroad, but have very long arms, so sized up. If you don’t have long arms, size down.
