I got an eletric schwin hybrid bike and when we were putting it in the car I got something caught on something but the bike looked fine, and was pushed fine but now looking at it and backing the bike up i noticed a click sound, when i looked at the chain it looked like this on the thingy and whenever I slip the chain back on and back the bike up it slips off again and when I peddle it in the air it makes a kimd of scratching sound.
Help!! I dont know what's wrong or if its fine and im going crazy

Ps I have not rode it at all because its a Christmas gift and im not really allowed to
please take this to your local bike shop. these cheap bicycle-shaped objects are sloppily assembled by walmart employees and have all sorts of issues. let a real bike shop give it a once-over and fix any issues.
Looks to be your deraileur limit screws are poorly set. Here’s a [video from Park Tool](https://youtu.be/UkZxPIZ1ngY) on how to tune your rear deraileur. All you need is a screwdriver!
That dangle is the deraileur and it is not well adjusted. If you know what youre doing its a super easy fix if you dont know what you’re doing it can be a big pain.
Common problem probably pretty cheap at your local bike store. Its good to have them look the bike over, just get an estimate even. Because during the estimate the service advisor will typically spot any other issues before the become worse.
