if you are familliar with the 22cru riders you know they rock their seats high, but my question is how high? like at knee level, below or above because i dont know if the problem is lack of skill or my seat height, i just cant seem to get pull ups to manuals or other tricks that they do, also i like the style of the high seats. (sorry for my broken english as it is my 2nd language)
its hard to tell while watching the videos what height it really is
photo is as an example

It’s literally preference. Put it as high or as low as you want.
It doesnt really matter tbh.
A higher seat helps of course, but not needed.
They got it almost at knee height, but just find something that works for you.
They more use the back peg (on the rear foot side) the lean the heel on it.
Also just technique. If you got a video I would be happy to help:)
Hoder also rides with a pretty lofty seat aswell as far as I remember.
I recently bought a 320mm post to make my winter evening cruises a little more knee friendly because the skatepark here are flooded or frozen… so just riding around calls for a longer seat post.
If im riding a skatepark or spot though I like 4-5 fingers worth of post showing as a quick reference.
I always measure seat height in Nyquists (one fist full of seat post = 1 Nyquist). I currently ride about a Nyquist and a half but for me it’s purely a visual thing.
