Just removed the stock bar tape on my bike and added the RedShift Cruise Control Drop Bar Grips and rewrapped with BBB gravel ribbon bht-16 3.5mm Bar Tape.
Had to remove the wrap and rewrap a couple times on each side due to noticing some gaps and uneven parts. Does this look okay or should I get it rewrapped at LBS?

It looks OK to me. The only thing I’d do different next time is change direction on the top when you go around the hoods. Reason being is then when you grab the top it naturally wants to tighten instead of loosen as in this orientation. Use it till it’s trash and debit again.
What are those things on the drops? I wonder if they should have gone under the tape?
Am I seeing the ends of the bars protruding out from the ends of the RedShift grips, or electrical tape at the base of them? If so, and the bar ends are uncapped, that’s potentially dangerous. Also, I believe the grips are meant to have the wide “platform” facing up at you when on the bike in order to support your palms, but it looks like you might have the platform pointed upwards.
I’d revisit how the direction changes around the lever body, and also not overlap it so much. But also the levers seem to be clamped too low on the bar
Bar tape looks fine, what I dont understand are those drop bar grips (which btw cost 70€). How long are you riding on the drop bar that you need special grips there? Usually your neck will start to hurt way before you notice anything in your fingers/hands. At least that’s the case for me, curious to hear your case.
