  1. I found that wheelies are all about where I put my butt. Slide that bum back, cover the rear brake, and watch the front start to come up like magic

  2. The reason why it’s working so many muscles is you’re not at the balance point. You’re trying to use your muscles to hold the wheel up. You have to get the wheel further up and your body position further back

  3. Lift it to the point you jump off the back to your feet a dozen+ times and find that point where it doesn’t any more.
