Between the two options which would you get and why? The extra ~$200 isn’t a big deal, the tires attached to either don’t matter, as I just bought new tires of my choice. Which would you go for and why? Going on an Ultegra 10 spd emonda ALR (rim brake) that has some other aero bits on it. I know the pro >> comp, but looking for other thoughts and insights on it.

I have the comps. Were given to me years ago. I have 28mm specialized turbos on there.
Pros: light enough, aluminum surface is predictable and not fussy. Aerodynamic.
Cons: if it rainy heavily on a ride the fairings fill with water. At least on mine, the weep hole is drilled a little too high and doesn’t allow drainage while riding.
Compared to some dt Swiss hubs I have on other wheels the bontragers aren’t as easy to service as other wheels.
That said, they are great wheels and I’d buy them for $400.
You will be happier with the aluminum brake track. Full carbon wheels should only go on disc brake bikes.
Get the aluminum brake track ones.
