Welcome to Carlisle! The northernmost city in England, and only 10 miles away from the Scottish border. This city is full of history, and has many beautiful buildings and things to see. From the famous castle and cathedral, to indoor markets and nature walks on the River Eden.

i went on the settle to carlisle train a few weeks back. i thought carlisle, like so many english towns and cities, is a dump.
