I’d be riding this to work most days (20 minute ride) and for exercise. I haven’t ridden a bike in 15 years but for $120 this looks like a decent grab? I’d love some advice.
If there’s nothing wrong with it and it rides nicely, give the seller 100 cash and enjoy your new bike.
Can’t go wrong with a rideable bike for a cool hondo.

Not the best commuter. It could be made to work but there are some drawbacks. Very skinny and narrow tires as was though to be fast back in the day. All skinny tires do is give you a harsh ride, unless the road is perfect. Fitting good fenders is a pain with caliper style brakes. There are some split design fenders but add a bit of complexity. It is a 2001 Giant OCR 2, it is worth around what they are asking. The bike looks like it has been lightly serviced by the seller.
