Brand new bike and drivetrain. Shimano 105 Di2. Can anyone help me out with? I tried adjusting the b tension screw but didn’t seem to work. From what I can hear the clicking noise seems to be coming from the bottom pulley.

You’re basically in small small. What does it sound like in that gear on the big chainring?
Classic incorrect chain routing against the guide tab in the derailleur cage. That’s where the noise is coming from.
The chain is supposed to go behind the guide tab, not in front of it.
