I recently purchased a marin nicasio 1 for only 880 € with a shimano claris 2×8. It is incredible for touring and going off road. In my opinion, you can forget all these 3-5 K full carbon gravel bikes unless you are looking foreward to win a gravel race with it. Super happy. Highly recommended.
Ps: consider marin nicasio 2 if you want to run through axles 😉

Looks like a nice, capable frame. 700×50 gives you so many ride options. Have fun!
