How’d you manage to wear out only the left side?

What would concern me is that uneven wear. I’ve never had it happen on any of my bikes, wear is always centred.
It could mean mean that your wheel isn’t sitting perfectly straight in the drop-outs, or maybe the whole rear triangle is a bit off-centre?

The question to ask is “is it squared?” If there’s a flat section, buy a new front, put the old front on the back and retire the rear.

6000km should mean they are done. I usually replace mine at half that

Are you sitting off to one side of your bike? Might be time for a bike fit!
