This is just the brake pad retaining pin? It’s exposed, just grip with pliers or similar and turn it

You can buy that screw. I believe the new ones are steel of some sort. Probably stainless steel. I snapped one with hardly any torque because it was aluminum. Only happened once but that was enough.
