So, I have an issue with my BMX. My bike is a beginner bike, so some pieces might be different from a professional one. I think? I don’t know some of the pieces or workarounds for these cases, but I wasn’t completely sure if this should go in the weekly beginner thread. The bike when I got it was prebuilt, so I just added the bars and the front wheel.

I need to do some service for my bike since it’s cracking. I saw this video, [Common BMX Repairs by Berm Peak](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YWTzU6KhDT0). I was trying to remove the Allen bolts from the drive and non-drive, but the one on the non-drive is really tight. I can’t get it out, or I don’t have the strength.

Just to clarify, I did some research, watching both English and Spanish videos. I don’t know what to do!

Loosen the pinch bolt on the arm first, then loosen the compression bolt on the axle.
Maybe some penetrating oil and more leverage? Either a 6mm but for a long socket wrench or some type of long tube you could slip over the end of the Allen wrench
Loosen pinch bolt and hammer. My favourite tool when stuff doesn’t wanna budge. And with the chain get something you can put between the frame and wheel/tyre to force the wheel back and that will get it tight!
