Anyone have any good tips for connecting my shock pump? The frame is just close enough that i cant get the valve aligned to screw on. My only thought is to pull the shock out and do it that way, but I’d rather not pull my shock in and out six times while i fiddle with sag.

Get the Fox shock pump that has a swivel head.
Diffrent shock pump
Can you thread it in under the swing arm?
You should take it back to the shop and complain
definitely take the shock off to fill it
Maybe this?

Get a pump with a angled head.
You can rotate the air can if that helps
Will the shock fit the other way up?

Shouldn’t there be a neck on the shock? Oem installed shocks have a 180 degree neck for pump access.
If its factory installed, go to the dealer and ask for the part. Should be of no cost towards you if they forgot it to install
If you fitted the shock to the bike, also go the dealer and buy that part. Float x shocks dont need that fitting
Rotate the air can sleeve.
If you don’t want to buy a new pump, just unbolt the shock from the frame.
No one in this thread knows how a shock works apparently.
Hit it from the back , come up the right side, under the frame and vertical to the Schroeder valve. My shock pump could get that no issue.

can you feed the pump line up from underneath the frame brace?
Switch to a coil. It’s great on that bike.
Step 1: remove air shock
Step 2: attach shock pump
Step 3: throw assembly in trash
Step 4: replace with coil shock
Step 5: profit
Can’t you just pull it through the piece of the frame that is blocking it
New bike day 🥳
Can you feed it up from the bottom?
My shock pump has an elbow on it. You could probably find a pump with better clearance
Not sure this will solve your issue, it’s a really nice product: https://www.topeak.com/us/en/technology/19-PRESSURE-RITE
Oh how I feel having a superior coil shock
Same issue in my inner rip9. You need the topeak adapter.
