nail polish. There’s an unbelievable number of shades out there. Even if you had the original paint, it wouldn’t match exactly due to fading.
Depends on how nice you want it to look. If it’s just to get rid of the rust without much care for looks, I’d use a little sandpaper to smooth it out. Thank some rust conversion paint.
