I removed my chain and cleaned it with dishsoap. Lubricated it after reinstalling. Everything feels extremely stiff when pedaling, and gears bounce around and are clicky. Spinning the pedals with no chain hooked on isn't bad so I don't think the bottom bracket is contributing to stiffness. Is a new chain the only solution?

Looks like the chain was just routed on the wrong side of the derailleur cage tab. Easy fix👍
