    pull back as apposed to pulling up on your handlebars. you have the explosive motion good but you need to pull backwards and then lift up and push forward. when you pull up you will only be able to get as high as your chest is because you pull up into it, whereas you pull back and get the front wheel up high and then with your legs jump off your backwheel, while pulling/pushing your bars up even more. pushing forward on the bars helps bring the back up along with you scooping your feet when you jump off the back wheel. hope this makes sense 🙂
