    A picture from the rear, showing the derailleur in line with the spokes while in the largest cog would be more useful.

    Besides the L-Screw the most likely cause is a bent derailleur hangar, but I’d need the aforementioned picture to confirm.

    Look at the derailler from the back of the bike, is the derailler cage bent? (part with the red pulley) If it is, just bend it back slowly (this one is made of steel so no problem).
