Looks like you need new wiper seals, you could do a lower leg service or a full service, if you’re savvy the lower leg isn’t too hard to do at home

Yep, time for a service. Difficult to see from that photo, but it looks like the dirt scraper at the top of that left hand wiper seal is breaking up and you need some new ones.
