I think that’s a ‘96, so nearly 30 years old but still a solid bike- assuming the frame isn’t cracked or bent. What do you intend to do with it? If commute or for recreational riding on pavement or dirt would take it for that price.
If the frame is in good shape, it looks to be in good condition for its age and it would be a good commuter/errand runner.
