Looks like a Giant defy 2 or 3, probably from 2006-2009. Tiagra components, wheels like like stock giant alloy wheels. $280 aud isn’t a bad price, congrats!
*that saddle to bar drop looks insane…this guy must’ve had some crazy long legs with how much seatpost is exposed. It looks even crazier because they have quite a lot of negative saddle tilt with the nose pointed down which makes it look less crazy than it actually is.

There’s some absolutely insane deals on eBay for aluminium rim brake wheels nowadays, I saw some top end mavics going for like £200 recently, so you should be well placed for upgrades down the line!
