If it’s straight on the seat stays it’s crooked in the chain stays if it’s straight on the chain stays it’s crooked in the seat stays. I’ve been doing this for roughly 30 years. I’ve never had a problem, not to say there haven’t been stubborn bikes but this seems like the stays are off, like welded slightly off. I bottomed the axle out and it’s completely crooked. I made a huge mistake and bought from Source, they are in England I was told it would be Kentucky but all customer service is in the UK so getting an answer is delayed at best an you never talk to the same person twice. They are just trying to wear me down with this back and forth and all I want to do is ride. I don’t know what to do. It’s been weeks now and I have only test ridden it. They had it dropped shipped from somewhere not their warehouse in the states and it looked like someone kicked it down the street. They are trying to sell me on how normal it is to have wobbly untrue wheels so I got them tried to take that variable out of the equation. I build my own bikes so of course their like did you take it to your shop. I am the shop. What do I do. I’ve shoved cloth rags in the areas to try and hold it straight but it just slips back and the chain is always loose I like a pretty tight chain. I wasn’t sure what else to do I reached out to Subrosa but they haven’t gotten back with me yet. Thanks in advance, since I’ve gotten back in bmx it’s one nightmare after another with these big shops (Dans is my jam though, this shot wouldn’t happen in their watch) the pictures are as straight as I’ve gotten it but it will slide right back to the way it was in two minutes of riding. No jumps just testing seeing if she’ll peddle. Ok sorry I’m done.

Oof. If you’re bottoming out the wheel in the dropouts and it’s crooked, that frame is tweaked. I’d hit up Sparky’s. Their support is pretty solid, so I’m sure they’ll sort you out.
