Judging by the condition on the chainring & chain itself $20-30 if I needed a part. As a complete bike it’s not worth much if anything. You could probably get more as scrap

It will need new or repacked bearing in the hubs bottom bracket and headset. New brake cables and pads. New chain, chain ring, and cog. New pedals. New tires and tubes.
This was maybe a $400 dollar bike brand new. I would give them $50 tops. And that’s being generous.
