Hi guys, I have problem with the front derailour touching the chain. I took it to a shop to tune it up and they returned it like this as “fixed” for the 2nd time. Am I crazy? I have a 10y old bike that does not grind like this $2500 one. Drives me insane. Here are two videos, one is while riding. It grinds in multiple gears.

Thank you for you help

If the derailleur is mechanical shifting ok I guess it’s up to the adjustment. Check those YouTube videos and adjust again yourself.
I had a canyon roadlite before and same ultegra, I completely took the front cable off then following some videos, I remember I need to make sure there are two lines on the front derailleur and use Allen key to make them aligned or something.
Just search Ultegra adjustment on YouTube
Two things:
1) This is just an issue of indexing which can be done with any number of YouTube tutorials.
2) If a shop has looked at it twice, why wouldn’t you spin the cranks when you pick up the bike to demonstrate the chain rub in front of them so they can look at it again?
