Hey all,
I bought a new 2023 Canyon Grail with Canyons rack, and Canyon Grail mud guards. It seems none of them are compatible with the 2023 version of the bike (missing mounting holes). I realize I’m an idiot and must have missed something on the website, but when I buy a brand new Grail and Grail components with my bike loaded into their app my hope is that the parts I ordered would be right. I’m missing the top mounts on the fork and the holes on the rear of the frame

You’re better off returning them and getting ones that actually fit your forks.
Yep. Don’t work. They only work with the models starting from 2024.
