  1. I made this for dinner and it's fantastic. Thank you for the recipe! I made some modifications: I added a red bell pepper and instead of sun dried tomatoes I used a handful of cherry tomatoes. 🙂 I'm saving this recipe

  2. Loved making this, substituting tomato paste and spinach for mushrooms and used regular milk along with Mexican cheese and it still turned out the same, absolutely one of my favorite dishes. Also I added a little bit of Slap yo mama for spice and it was amazing
