Urban riders: Has anyone else had issues with the Mous IntraLock phone mount?

Hey everyone, I just bought a Mous IntraLock phone mount for my iPhone 17 ProMax for bike deliveries in the city… and on day one, my phone actually fell off while riding over a bump 😭. Super frustrating.

Has anyone else had a similar experience? What mounts do you actually trust for city riding? I know QuadLock is popular, but I’m not a fan of the case. Would love any recommendations!
