Should I remove some chain links? My chain tension seems to be all over the place when I reset the tension. I adjust the tightest spot in the chain to 1/2 inch of movement and the most spots in the chain end up around 3/4 inch, the spot on the chain with the most slack is 1 whole inch. The chain does not fall off when I spin the pedals and left the bike in the air in it’s side. Does the chain ring just suck? It’s an all city chain ring.

Take a link or two off and get it tight all the way in. Then chop the dropout and post here for cool points and upvotes.
