Is this an actual cinelli frame or just a cheap copy?
First things that comes to mind is the mash bolt but it doesnt have the colored C and the fork is black.

In Italy those frames are sold as “Breda” and people call it “very honest Breda” because it’s very cheap but at the same time very good.
It came in 2 versions. The first used to crack behind the fork, You can see yours is the second version (newer) one because has a reinforcement there.
Overall I would pay 250 euros any day over a chinese brand
