After an 8 week wait, this arrived today!
Going to build it up with last year’s Shimano 1×11 ltd group set, Enve foundation ag28 650b wheels, and a Zipp XPLR cockpit. The goal is a comfort build for the big gravel roads in my area.
And since I can bikepack less than 20km from my house…

Stainless steel. Very nice.
Back in the late 2010s the Standert Erdgeschoss frames were built out of ultralight Columbus XCr martensitic stainless steel tubing. I think they moved to a blend of tubings with different types of stainless steels for this current edition of Erdgeschoss frames.
Wonder if Standert stayed with martensitic such as XCr or Reynolds 931, or did they change to the newer more corrosion-resistant austenitic stainless tube types like Reynolds 921 or KVA MS3.
Should be a nice-riding lighter-than-usual steel bike when built up.
